Ro & Ti began in Castiglione Cosentino, in the province of Cosenza, Calabria — with Romualdo and Titina Magnelli, “Ro” and “Ti” — who married there and built a life in America. This channel is where the table is set in public: recipes first, stories around them, and an open invitation.
The family story
Inheritance, not nationality.
The generations of this family did not all live in the same place, and the food changed addresses with them. What stayed constant was the habit of the table: cook what the season gives, waste nothing, and make room for one more chair.
